By accessing or using Parkway4u.com, the mobile application, or any associated services, you agree to be legally bound by this Agreement.

This Agreement is enforceable under the laws of the Kingdom of Bahrain, including Bahrain Electronic Transactions Law (Legislative Decree No. 54 of 2018).

Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance of revised Terms.

Certain services may include additional terms which form part of this Agreement.

Parkway4u operates as a digital marketplace connecting users with third-party service providers including parking operators, car wash services, insurance providers, and fuel/EV partners.

We do not own or operate third-party services unless explicitly stated.

We act solely as an intermediary facilitating bookings, payments, and service discovery.

Users must be at least 13 years old; users under 18 require parental consent.

You confirm legal capacity to enter binding contracts under Bahraini law.

Services are operated from the Kingdom of Bahrain and users outside Bahrain must comply with local laws.

You must provide accurate and updated account information.

You are responsible for maintaining confidentiality of your credentials.

You are fully responsible for all activity under your account.

We reserve the right to suspend accounts involved in fraud, misuse, or policy violations.

The platform provides parking reservations, car wash bookings, insurance facilitation, fuel/EV services, and reward programs.

Service availability depends on location and third-party partner availability.

We accept major international payment methods including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and supported digital wallets.

Payments may be processed in BHD or converted equivalent depending on gateway.

By paying, you authorize Parkway4u to charge applicable service fees, taxes, and subscriptions.

Third-party payment processors may be used and Parkway4u is not responsible for external gateway failures.

Refunds are not guaranteed and are subject to eligibility.

Parking cancellations before check-in time may qualify for refund or credit.

Car wash cancellations before 24 hours are eligible for refund.

Insurance refunds depend on insurer policies and Central Bank of Bahrain regulations.

Refunds may be issued as wallet credit or original payment method.

Users must not misuse the platform or engage in fraudulent activity.

Scraping, hacking, or reverse engineering is strictly prohibited.

Impersonation or manipulation of services is not allowed.

Violation may result in account termination without notice.

Parkway4u does not control third-party service quality, availability, or performance.

We are not responsible for vehicle damage caused by third-party providers unless proven negligence by Parkway4u.

Disputes with providers should be resolved directly unless mediation is required.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Parkway4u is not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

Liability is limited to the amount paid by the user in the last 3 months.

We are not responsible for data loss, service interruption, or third-party actions.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Parkway4u and its affiliates against claims arising from misuse of the platform, violation of terms, or illegal activity.

You consent to processing of personal data under Bahrain Personal Data Protection Law.

Data may be collected from vehicle authorities, insurance databases, and payment processors.

You have rights to access, correct, or request deletion of your data subject to legal retention requirements.

Marketing communications may be opted out at any time.

Eligible users may receive BHD 25 reward benefits including insurance discounts and platform credits.

Rewards are valid for 90 days and are non-transferable.

Rewards may be revoked in case of misuse or fraud.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the platform.

Service interruptions may occur due to maintenance, technical issues, or third-party failures.

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Bahrain.

Disputes shall first be resolved amicably.

If unresolved, disputes shall be referred to Bahrain courts or applicable arbitration bodies.
