We do NOT: - Own or operate third-party services - Guarantee availability or quality of services - Assume liability for third-party performance All transactions with third-party providers are at your own risk.
5. Payments, Fees & Billing
All payments must be made through approved payment gateways. You agree that: - Prices may change without prior notice - Taxes or additional charges may apply - Refunds are subject to eligibility and policy review Unauthorized chargebacks may result in account suspension.
6. Refund & Cancellation Policy
Refunds are not guaranteed unless explicitly stated. Conditions include: - Refund requests must be made before service activation - Some services are non-refundable once initiated - Approved refunds may be issued as credit instead of cash We reserve the right to refuse refunds in cases of misuse.
7. Prohibited Activities
You agree NOT to: - Use the platform for illegal activities - Attempt to hack, scrape, or disrupt systems - Impersonate other users or entities - Upload harmful, misleading, or fraudulent content - Interfere with platform security or operations
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for: - Indirect or incidental damages - Loss of data or revenue - Service interruptions - Actions of third-party providers Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the user in the last 3 months.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the platform, its affiliates, and employees against any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from your misuse of the Services or violation of these Terms.
10. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Bahrain. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Bahrain.
