Parkway4u Refund Policy

This Refund Policy explains the conditions under which refunds may be issued for services purchased through Parkway4u in the Kingdom of Bahrain.
1. General Refund Eligibility
Refunds are only applicable where a service is not delivered as described, is defective, or is cancelled in accordance with this policy.
2. Parking Services
Refunds may be issued if a booking fails due to system error or provider unavailability. Once parking has been successfully used, it is non-refundable.
3. Car Wash Services
Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled service are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations after this period may not be refundable.
4. Parkway4u Pass
Refunds for subscription-based services are calculated based on unused remaining duration. Any used benefits will be deducted from the refund amount.
5. Insurance Services
Insurance-related refunds are subject to the policies of the insurance provider and applicable regulations in Bahrain.
6. Payment Processing
Refunds are processed via the original payment method. Processing time may vary depending on your bank or payment provider (typically 5–14 business days).
7. Non-Refundable Items
Completed services, promotional credits, and consumed benefits are generally non-refundable unless required by law.
